Importer / Exporter of Record

We become the Turkish importer or exporter on your shipment, settle duties and VAT and coordinate DDP delivery to a factory, project site or store.

For project deliveries, trial batches, retail fixtures and exports without a Turkish entity. Send the product data sheet, HS code or description, origin, incoterm and packing list. Following the regime check and contract, our customs broker acts under power of attorney; Fertile appears on the declaration and coordinates release to your consignee.

Bonded warehouse & transit

Store goods under your own title in the group’s Type-A bonded warehouse in Mersin. Sell while in bond, re-export or transit to your next market.

We assess the potential tax number model for foreign owners and the applicable customs regime before arrival. Import duties are suspended while goods remain under the bonded regime; tax and fiscal-presence treatment depends on the transaction. Mersin and İskenderun handling includes big bags, container stuffing, lashing, plastic lining, fumigation and port haulage. T1 transit is coordinated where applicable.

Sourcing & trading

Fertilizers and urea, agricultural commodities, chemicals, minerals, bitumen, industrial equipment and spare parts, sourced from Türkiye, Russia and the Gulf.

Product scope includes MOP, SOP and controlled-release fertilizers; sunflower oil; chemicals and derivatives; raw materials and minerals; bitumen; automotive and machinery spare parts. We work across Türkiye, Russia & CIS, the EU and the Gulf, subject to compliance review.
